She didn't do anything regarding the actual management or production. That was entirely omocat's project.

The only two chuubas I could've seen actively attempting to run a corpo would've been Doki or Zen, though Zen's an emotional wreck these days and Doki's repeatedly said how she won't consider it as long as she's still streaming. Everyone else either doesn't have the skills or the drive for it and would need another party to take the reins.

Unlike Cover, not making enough Gura merch, selling out on day two for both Guranium and Sushiro's month-long events. They kept underestimating her, even though she keeps breaking records, like with iPass.

Her re-debut was a success. Cover can learn from her merch sales with no tariff or shipping.

Saba would never start a vtuber corpo but she did have a carefully made plan for her indie debut that she was getting ready for at least a year before she left Hololive. Gura was able to maintain the lolicon illusion for several years even if that did weigh on her. She is good at keeping on a vtuber mask and for better or worse she does what her fans want even if the lolicon stuff is slowly destroying her motivation.
