to a lot in phase, it is not a big deal. tie it into some like Lia and Eimi. Lia is a daisenpai, but didn't like being called senpai because for the longest time she was among the youngest talents in the company and she was uncomfortable with people 5-10 years older than her calling her senpai because she felt it was respect she had not earned. Shiina, Airi, Dizzy, Ember etc all calling her Liasenpai bothered her eventhough they were being respectful.
Same with Eimi being weird about Nitty calling her Eimisenpai because Nitty has been a vtuber way longer than Eimi.
