The issue here is the person in question is just fundamentally retarded and is apparently far too willing to speak on matters she knows nothing about, worse, she's willing to accuse and harass people over such matters without even the bare minimum fact checking. She's just an incredibly awful person all-around and this isn't some incidental mistake, it's her fundamental character that is thoroughly rotten.
