>>107402602>rather it comes from high effort with low reward.yeah no shit. If you run on full steam to the point where you just can't seem to figure out what to do next, be it a mental block or just running out of ideas, that can fuck up your drive to continue.
Similarly, if you ARE working a ton and nothing ever seems to pay off due to things getting either delayed or rejected, that can also cause this effect. This is just another reason that the big corpos need to find a way to expedite their perms processes to keep shit from taking years to actually come out.
It's a miracle that some of these girls are even still willing to do anything. Ame is likely irreparably burnt out. Fauna was burnt out, but apparently got at least some of that drive back as Nimi now that she can get things out as fast as she wants. Fuwamoco's crazy too though but for the opposite case where it's amazing that they were able to keep to the idol shtick for this long in order to finally join hololive and start thriving.
The real crazy stories of resilience though on this side of the pond are Dokibird and Mint.
Selen and Pomu probably got more projects rejected than most corpo girls would ever even attempt in their careers, and both of them got treated as complete gutter trash undeserving of any rewards, consideration, or respect by their company.
Yet somehow they still managed to keep their drive and work several times harder now that the shackles are off. They basically rebooted their career and aim even higher than they did when they joined the shitty corpo in the first place.
