>>107447320Imperfect Cell was a legit monster, eating people, scurrying away before anybody could land a killshot, etc. But once he absorbs the androids he becomes "I am so strong, you can't beat me" then somebody pulls out a new Super Sayian form then he goes "Oh no I need a power up too" then gets one. From that point it just becomes a race for the next power-up/transformation
With Frieza he was terrifying because he was so non-nonchalant with murdering and brutalizing people and nobody was strong enough to stop him he just shrugged off everything until Super Sayian.
Even Buu, while Majin Vegeta, SS3 Goku, Gotenks, and Ultimate Gohan could beat him...he just kept getting back up and was wearing everybody down with attrition and strange abilities to catch people off guard.
