But Youtube TOS is subject to change at any time, for any or no reason, with or without notice; and the changes may or may not be retroactive. A stream which would be so TOS-friendly that the algorithm pushes it to everyone's front page today, might be so TOS-unfriendly that the channel gets deleted without any prior notice tomorrow. The fact that Youtube uses AI to enforce TOS and to auto-reject appeals does little to help.
There's only so much that Nimi and other vtubers can do to future-proof their channels against random and catastrophic TOS updates. What some vtubers including Nimi do is to put their ASMR content on one channel (Lemon Leaf, in Nimi's case) and their non-ASMR content on another channel, and hope that a TOS strike on one channel does not include an automatic strike on the other channel.
Also she generally doesn't do horny content or horny-adjacent content, notwithstanding her incredibly hot avatar (and even then, her default outfit is almost fully clothed). So she wouldn't do ear licking in the first place regardless of TOS.
