Imagine living in a world where you had to hire workers who became emotionally unstable and experienced massive drops in productivity once a month
Imagine living in a world where these workers could just be out of commission for 12 weeks based on personal issues and likely will leave the company after that, rendering all previous job training and investment moot
We subscribe to a conceit of equality despite these differences because it was generally agreed upon that society benefits from it as a whole
If you go back to saying "no, actually THESE other differences though, they're why you deserve less" then it's going to open back up a whole can of worms
Fact of the matter is, even now there are simply some jobs that women are less suited for and have agreed they are less suited for, like military combat roles, police, heavy construction, or firefighting.
If the personal inability to defend oneself against stalkers, as an e-celeb, is such a gigantic issue for women because of men who can overpower them, who make up, well, 50% of the world, and you think the chance of getting assaulted is so high as to be statistically significant, then the clear immediate solution isn't to flail around pretending like you're doing something by telling the kind of people who would assault you, to not assault you, and hoping they magically listen.
The immediate solution is to NOT to become a popular e-celeb, while is far easier. It's a job that you clearly do not have the capabilities for, that is handled far better by the other sex that will not be easily overpowered.
After all, safety comes first, right?
