ACTUAL trannies (ie those actually suffering from gender dysphoria) tend not to want to draw attention to the fact they're trans. Brianna Wu is a good example - for over a decade he claimed to be an actual woman. It's just that the majority of trannies currently don't actually have gender dysphoria - it's just a fetish and/or attention seeking for them which is why so many draw attention to it.

That was certainly never one of my motivations, and honestly, I don't even believe that the handful of actual "attention whore" types got into the hobby for male attention, they just capitalized on the audience of a community they were already part of.
