Out of all the above, only Ame really stands out as having a creative vision that's different from Cover. (No, I refuse to count Chloe because she wanted to nepohire) As for Gura, I want to say she was fucking lazy, but I'll be nice and say "we don't really know". My point is, you can't really just say "i-i-its Covers fault!!" when each of the girls has a unique reason for leaving. I do agree its a lot of graduations at one go - but its also when the contract renewal period occurs. Its why you don't get sporadic graduations, only terminations.
