You see it all the time in the art, music, etc. ANY creative community in the west. It's why cancel culture exists (an easy means to oust competitors from your chosen field), and why we essentially created the monster that is modern copyright and intellectual property. Individualism cannot create good art, because it will always be easier to fuck over others than it is to build yourself up.
