He's loud, obnoxious, annoying, and is a retarded undergrad in communications so he wrongfully thinks negative publicity is still good publicity despite working in a fucking entertainment job where you need people to LIKE you to get ahead and he doesn't think about how his actions can be perceived and the effect they can have on his branch's public image
Guy's not malicious per say, but his fucking retardation is so high and IQ so low that it's just as harmful as if he was (and it might even be preferable if he was, because at least then anyone could say "mission accomplished")
