>>107753665>>107753762>Even if only half of that was talent remuneration, which is low-balling it (likely much higher)More bullshit you've supposed with zero evidence or reasoning. It's easy to make wild claims and pretend you have an argument, but your lack of evidence or even an attempt to make comparisons to their competitor's business is an instant fail.
Cover's average CoS for VTuber activities per quarter in FY2025 was 49.3%, Anycolor's was 46.2%. In FY2025, Cover's talent remuneration averaged 27.7% of their CoS per quarter. This means nearly 3/4 was for manufacturing merch, song production, licensing, event costs, etc.
All things that Anycolor does in similar if not greater amounts due to having 2x the VTubers. Both Hololive and Nijisanji put out a lot of merch, music, hold concerts, etc.
It's fair to assume that Cover's CoS breakdown is similar to Anycolor's.
Why? Because their revenue streams are quite similar. Both earn over 50% of their revenue from merch, with Ancyolor making 11% more of their total revenue from merch where Holo makes that 11% difference up in livestreams(superchats+memberships) and concerts/events.
There is not a single chance, even in the most generous circumstances that anycolor is paying HALF of their CoS related to vtuber activities TO their vtubers.
They can cheap out on merch, but they aren't going to be able to swindle musicians and record companies outside of their corpo. Event halls and arenas are going to charge you more if you aren't as popular, and guess what? Anycolor had to downsize NijiFES this year and failed to sell out a 4k venue in the last month or two.
Meanwhile Holo FES+EXPO had record attendance, every sololive in Japan was sold out. Remember, I said Cover makes more of their revenue from concerts and events than Anycolor does, despite Anycolor having similar amounts of concerts and events.
Remember all the shitposting you were doing about Cover's pay for part time, entry level work on their recent listing this last week? Well isn't it funny, turns out for their non-VTuber employees, Cover pays an average of $1,600 more per year to normal employees than Anycolor does.
The nice thing is we don't even have to listen to your delusional nijinigger ramblings. There are no shortage of your JP organs that mention they have full time jobs while in Niji.
Let me know when Anycolor decides to stop hiding the pitiful amount they pay their organs under their total CoS. And FYI, even entertaining the ridiculous assumption that they would pay HALF of these costs to them(they couldn't because they wouldn't make money), Holos would still earn over $50,000 more per year on average.
The more likely scenario if they earned around 25% of that CoS is that Holos would earn over TWICE what a niji does per year.
