Yoga was created from religious worship poses in Hinduism but nobody claims a Christian can't do Yoga. You should read up on how the Jesuits originally tried to convert the Japanese, they didn't try to make them repudiate Shintoism entirely rather they showed how Christianity is the logical extension of natural religion.
