They wanted to get these big streamers to play BA to both help people get those and to get new people to play the game, BUT they just had to pick 4 random big names that had absolutely nothing to do with BA's fanbase and that's what led to this shitstorm.
My point is that really, why the fuck not just go for holos who at least have shown some interest in BA before instead of these random big names who hate anime. What were they expecting not doing any research into who they got to sponsor the game, lmao.
On a side note related to Phase, Azur Lane has been sponsoring Pippa every other month recently to shill the game when a new event drops so they aren't really as literally who as the antis think.
