If they're aiming to provide entertainment then critics shouldn't rustle them. If they make their entertainment personal then they shouldn't be surprised if people criticize them personally. If they're only in it for the money, then why should we even care about what they think or feel when they only see their fans as dicks with wallets.
Ina completely failed to compartmentalize being a fan and being a chuba. This is the problem with ascended fans. You can't just assume the fanbase, most of whom are not successful chubas, will continue holding the same opinions as the gilded class. We won't, because we justifiably sit and stand in a place of comparative by virtue of not being chubas ourselves.
This yab was born of Ina's complete lack of self awareness as a holo. She probably spends too much time in the private discord echo chamber, and has come to view that as the default/correct opinion for fans to have, even though it's obviously entirely based on interactions and information that fans will never have full access to.
