You risk it with a small corpo/indie and they farm you for money where they will then eventually drop the grift and oull the ol' reliable "the talk", they completely vanish after running off with your donothon money or they start trying to chemotherapy you out with male collabs.
The alternative is a big corpo who have been wrangled and won't suddenly have a LLD because they're contractually restricted. But in exchange, everything will feel much more manufactured, they'll shill their merch to you relentlessly, streams will be heavily watered down or streams will just stop completely.
Being honest with you, I will not be surprised of EN Vtubing capitulated on itself in 2026 harder than 2025. The grift and scam is falling apart now. More people are becoming aware and many naive early 20 somethings are now in their mid to late 20s and realizing that vtubers are just e-girls.
TLDR: EN Vtubing bad. Mask is slipping. People are waking up. It's just sad it's turned out this way
