There's no way to even address it without going schizo, since the basic presumption is the person still collabs with Kanata just to hide the reality of it. Like a worse-than Mean Girls situation where they bring a person that they hate to a party with them and then leave them with a drunk jock and lock them in the basement.
I know it was almost certainly brought up intentionally, and that both Pekora and Kanata likely agreed to bring it up, but... it's left something rotten behind that won't be cast off easily.
