People tend to forget she was aiming to join Hololive through INNK Music like Suisei and Azki did, but she was being continuously rejected in the audition process until the project died somewhere around late 2019 and had to settle down with joining Hololive through gen 4.
She's always been adamant in doing her own thing.

Aside from Gen 2, Gen 4 was always the most disconnected and distant gen. Coco kept it together but even when she was there, it was still a far cry from Gen 4 or 5 even. That's not to say that they all hate each other, they're just not that close. They're coworkers, maybe even friends, but not super close.
