The simpler character designs of western cartoons are suited to lively and varied animation. Vtuber tracking/rigging standards, barely wobbling around a little, are suited to the opposite priorities.

These designs would not be suitable, but if you labbed it for a while you could find something good. The animation purpose of these designs will never be relevant on stream so they would be less stylized anyway.
