I could go on about the history of these cliques, from the OKFAMS clique to the HoloFantasy clique, how HoloFantasy began to crumble, how they became too insular and overly fixated on scheduling, how they missed the opportunity to include both Miko and Suisei, how the loss of Rushia created further cracks, and so on.
And by the way, the Marine clique (Lamy, Ao, Kanata) has nothing to do with Pekora’s clique. Saying otherwise is like claiming Bakatare is Pekora’s clique because of Flare.
