Honestly all of them, if by "keep away from" you just mean "don't get romantically attached to".
I still watch a few vtubers, but only the ones whose content I find entertaining enough in its own right, in the absence of GFE.
There's just no such thing as a GFEtuber that's gonna scratch the itch you're looking for, but also has a perfect record and will never betray you.
So the only healthy way to approach vtubers, if you continue watching them at all, is to avoid the GFE ones entirely, and treat any of the remaining ones just like normal streamers and keep them at a certain distance emotionally. The only way to win is to not play.
