The 'E' and 'P' don't actually tell you anything about someone's personality.
Those letters are only used to decode the four-letter acronym. You're supposed to use the decoded stack.
ENTP decodes to Ne-Ti-Fe-Si, where the first position is dominant and the last position is inferior.
'N' means iNtuiting, 'e' means extraverted, meaning her dominant function is extraverted intuiting.
'T' means Thinking, 'i' means introverted, meaning her auxiliary function is introverted thinking.
She uses her 'Ne' to brainstorm ideas, and 'Ti' to evaluate them, for example.
Extraversion just means whether something is directed inward or outward. So in this case, her intuition is great at recognizing patterns, while her thinking is great at internalizing and evaluating those patterns.
