Niji's strategy since day one has been to hire as many talents as possible and give them little positive management, they just slap them with a few rules and ignore them. They're like those poor people who intentionally have a bunch of kids to collect more gibs from the government so they can buy stuff they want, neglecting all their children.
Mel and Rushia were terminated, so they can't come back. Most of the others put a lot of thought into leaving, the reasons they left haven't changed and they're just as successful on their own, so why would they come back? The only ones who might be possible are the ones who "graduated" by letting their contract run out. That's the two EN guys and Sana, and maybe Ao, I don't know what her deal was. Aqua got married, she's never coming back, and Coco and Kanata are going to go get married in America, they're gone. I actually think they'd love to bring Aloe back and make a big deal out of it, imagine the publicity surrounding it, but as far as I know she fucking hates Cover.
I could see more Nijis coming back maybe. Nobody watches Gibara or that mage girl's reincarnations so I could see them being open to return, the only problem is they're friends with Gundou and I imagine that'd cause friction between them. The ENs would straight up lose fans if they went back so they're out of the question.
