There have recently been 6 graduations in Hololive because of disagreements with management so it's Cover that is their own worst enemy.
Also there have been several talents who got model redesigns (Astel, Aruran, Flare, IRyS, Kaela, Nenechi) with indications that other EN talents are going in the same direction. There is no reason to be angry with Flare and it's not like she asked for a tiny skirt, visible panty strings, or a boob window (Flare 1.0 had the most absurd boob window outfit in Hololive until they debuted Kronii).
