You might be right about council on the other hand, I was watching Kronii and Mumei's MC collab yesterday and they didn't know who ankimo was, didn't recognize the sports festival grounds, didn't seem to know about tsunomaki janken, Kronii thought Ahoy was a one piece opening, it was pretty disappointing overall. At least Mumei recognized Kanata's face.
