YouTube is great for marketing, but it's shit at monetization, hosting and delivery due to TOS restrictions, partner requirements, selective enforcement and the huge cut of revenue they take.
Having YouTube or Twitch as the primary means of monetizing a chuba's content is, in my opinion, a mistake. It's insecure and only really works well for 2views who don't have a corporate infrastructure which can independently host or market their content.
