Towa is a dai-senpai beloved by everyone and frequently collabs with everyone. Luna is one of the OGs. Koyori is one of the top 10 most watched vtubers in the world on a regular basis. IRyS is the 4th most superchatted EN member. Kobo is by far the biggest chuuba in Indonesia. Vivi has quickly become a rising star. Hajime's dancing, goofy speaking voice, and addictive original songs have made her an instant standout. Nene's husbands are very passionate and dedicated. Zeta is one of only a few ID members to hit 1M subs and has become the sex symbol of the branch. Anya is very close with all three branches making her presence far more impactful beyond her relatively low sub count. Ollie is one of the beloved members in all of Hololive, is always one of the fan favorites at every Holofes, and is everyone's #1 cheerleader. Nerissa has quickly become of the Hololive's biggest mommy chuubas. All of them belong in Elite tier. And might as well put Ceci there too for Autofister since they've quickly become such an iconic duo.
And Suu might rise to Elite soon given how elite her dancing skills are. She's one of only a few chuubas who can challenge Bae, Laplus, and Hajime to a dance-off and potentially win.
I don't see how Polka and Raden are elite though. They seem pretty rank and file to me.
Kiara is elite, but not a pillar. A pillar of EN, yes, but not Hololive as a whole. Her leaving would do more damage to the EN branch specifically than Hololive as a whole.
Riona is absolutely not an acceptable loss. She's one of the newest members, so her loss would feel like wasted potential, especially after being one of the highlights of FLOW GLOW's 3D debut.
Roboco should be in rank and file simply because she's the 2nd Hololive member after Sora. She's a dai-senpai, so her leaving would absolutely hit the company very hard.
And why are Ayame, Haachama, and Ina greyed out? They haven't graduated.
