Why does Hololive post audition reminders if they don’t look at them?

I sent my audition on the day of the reminder (Dec 27), expecting an instant view, but they haven’t watched it yet. Anyone else on the same boat?

They probably look at them in waves every so often, so give it a few weeks
If you're lucky, your resume will be enough for them to give your video a glance.
If you're unlucky, they won't even look at your video after being turned off from your resume.
For example, Mint in 2020 never even got a view on her tape, with the explanation given that she was too inexperienced and was told to try streaming more to get some.

TL;DR, be patient. Not even job applications (which this is) don't get back to people this fast.

Dude I've sent in 15 (total) applications over the last three or four years.
They haven't looked at any of'em.
Still sending them in every three months because to be honest the idea of making a guy watch five minutes of my bullshit makes me smile enough to keep doing it.

It's an open secret that "auditions" are a scam to collect indie vtubers' personal information. Vtuber corporations routinely swat and doxx indies that get too big. That's why the biggest indies won't ever leak their current information by applying to a corpo.
