NTA, but that should count as long as the volume is big enough and that tab is the last YT tab you opened (i.e: you move to that tab and alt tab to code in another program).
You aren't count as a viewer in a stream if that stream's tab / window isn't in focus (i.e: you move to another tab or you mute that tab)
