Pekora and her management backers hating Miko is an indisputable fact that everyone agrees on. Everything after that is people coping in one direction or the other. There are no cliques, Gen 3 definitely put their loyalty to Pekora over any connection to the wider Hololive but that's a unique situation and not a "clique", it just makes financial sense and they are the Advent of JP when it comes to manufactured unity and it turning out that's very popular with audiences. Nobody thinks Miko has a clique, they can interpret her as a member of a friend group but that group is led by people who usually collab with others (including Pekora) and not with her.
