Also the Scene is a mess like the spanish one, the biggest "agency" went bankrrupt because it failed to make a profit once in almost 4 years of operation, and just recently a relatively famous person from the scene graduated and vented that most of her "fans" were clipwatchers who weren't able to give any meaningful support (Financialy or otherwise).
It's almost impossible we'll have an actual decent Brazilian Chuuba unless maybe we get one of those Japanese-Brazilian girls that spent their whole lives in Japan on a big agency.
