Many or most people who still watch post LLD Nimi talk about how entertaining she is and how nice her voice is as to why they still watch, so her being live or not doesnt really matter for those two points, therefor viewership wouldnt or shouldnt be effected.
I don't see why someone who would watch Nimi do a livestream wouldn't also watch her do a premiere, especially for something anticipated for years like this DLC.
It's just showing that the people, upwards of 5,000+, only want to watch her live for some reason, probably because they still love her and are parasocial and want to spend time with her
who knows for real though, those are just suspicions
