She almost graduated because of health issue (both physical and mental health), anon. This is the only known EN who actually had to visit doctors and take prescribed meds for her mental health.

The physical health issues was a larynx injury from overuse. The mental health issues were chronic fatigue and stress from working repeating long hours that actively disrupted her access to sleep while receiving no compensation for it.

A year of power harassment by a tranny singapigger that wants to steal the spotlight from you would put anybody in a tough physical and mental position. But that's all ancient history now, and IRyS remains one of the best ENs and continues to release regular songs and covers while streaming regularly.

There is a huge difference between the vtubers who view Hololive as their main job and those who view it as part time work. There is also declining benefits in streaming more so it's noticeable that Biboo is the only EN talent over 1000 hours streamed and has almost 500 hours more than Kiara.

Yes, but not any particularly worse than other Holos who have a lot of voice works (i.e: singing).
Like others, she was developing a throat nodule which definitely had the potential of fucking your voice up. Some Holos opted to have a surgeries to remove theirs which somewhat affect their voices (i.e: Suisei) and technically have tiny chances to kill their voices altogether, but IRyS decided not to since hers wasn't as big and let it heal naturally.
It took years but I believe it's mostly healed now, she just doesn't want to risk getting a relapse so she is really careful with using her throat now
