His termination notice did not disclose their reason(s) for firing him, and the only thing that can be inferred from their silence was that it wasn't an NDA breach that earned him the boot, since Cover would not have hesitated to announce that he was fired specifically for NDA breach (as they did with Rushia two and a half years earlier, and with Mel six months earlier)
Nobody outside of Cover knows why Gamma was fired, and unless someone breaks their NDA it will stay that way in perpetuity. Nobody is gonna risk getting fired to disclose why he got fired, especially since the general consensus within Holostars seems to be that he deserved to get fired for whatever it is he did.
