Not sure what they meen by "cards".
I had sent them a contact form asking if they could give my letter to Lamy instead if they hadn't given it to Kanata yet (I asked on the 28th), after it got sent late on the 22. Unless the swiss post office decided to work triple hours, I doubt it arrived in time.
So I asked if they saw it since it should be recognisable, 10 pages long, with my name on it ? That's what they responded me this morning not even two hours ago :

Seems like they dropped this announcement just after I asked them.
