If the percentages are outside the pie chart then what are the numbers inside supposed to be? Is that how many vtubers they actually counted?

The numbers inside add up to 112. I guess people with multi-colored hair were counted more than once.
Graphic should accompany a list of who these top 100 vtubers are. Who knows how they judged it.

The only thing that surprises me is how common white hair is. Did they not consider highlights? Wouldn't that over-represent black hair too?
