She's always been awful at games and bad at streaming them and has never shown any interest whatsoever in becoming a better streamer or tolerating any content that she doesn't enjoy prima facie for the sake of her fans, her image or her career. She's a big girl she can take responsibility for being poor at her job, and for choosing to never improve.
And hell, there are lots of holos that basically never stream games, or when they do only stream the same 1 or 2 comfort games (check how many times Sora has streamed Vampire Survivor recently). Her inability to make gaming content wouldn't be under the microscope if she could produce... literally any other kind of content at all. At this point it's not a newbie struggling to find their footing, it's someone who's settled into a job where they choose not to work. Clearly she's happy with this (until cover abruptly ends her contract and much tears are shed), so what is left of her fans should probably make peace with the fact that she's chosen to coast the remainder of her time in hololive and isn't ever going to change or improve, least of all for the sake of her fans.
