The ban was likely filed by someone who doesn't know anything about vtubing and just assumed the frequency of reports flowing through gave the reports enough legitimacy to decide a ban.
You can try it out. Get like 4 or 5 friends and concentrate reports on random posts.
It will get deleted. I used to be part of a discord that did this.
