That means you need to dodge and evade the attacks while your teammates get to do free damage. So your "turn" comes after the boss finished his focused attacks.
Not to mention that Ironeye could attack anyway because of his skill and ranged moveset.
Or that dodging is also playing.
Or that Saba is panic rolling the entire time.
