Ayame and pekora should move down. Ayame is not like Aqua or Shion, she has a lot of friends in hololive, she is not isolated, she just does not stream that much. Pekora needs the pekora brand, is quite huge and she is not replicating her current success if she goes indie, and pekora does care about success.
Move nene, Lui and Niko up. Nene has repeatedly denied any graduation rumor but that does not mean everything is going smoothly for her, it's clear that she has some frustrations with the company and management. Lui has been harrased into infinity and her album flopped which has probably tanked her confidence, and Niko has not been able to get out of her initial rocky start, she is apparently a very sensible person.
Move Choco way up into "on their last leg with the company, move Moona up and Koyori up. Chocho is great friends with Kson and she has sometimes delivered more content in her irl channel over her vtuber channel, i am very confident that she doesn't have too much attachment with hololive at the moment. Moona has expressed some complaints in regards to finances and those can turn into a feeling of neglectfulness from management towards HoloID, Other members have stated similar feelings but Moona's are more perceivable. Koyo has been heavily harassed by the hololive antis so that might have created some disgust from her.
