It doesn't prove that she hasn't already made amends with Doki privately, it doesn't prove that she doesn't want to make amends, it doesn't prove that she doesn't regret doing the black stream, it doesn't prove that she hasn't turned in her graduation paperwork yet, and it doesn't prove she won't ever leave Niji or publicly apologize to Doki in the future.
