The opposite did happen with Nina, though, where apparently she showed up at a Luxiem offcollab, which was one of the main reasons Nyfco absolutely hated her. I don't remember if they told people she was joining or not, but I think I remember it being announced beforehand as "Luxiem + Nina."
That said, despite my feelings on the pufferfeesh+uki, Luca showing up randomly, or the luxiem+nina, I don't feel like these streams were relevant to NijiEN's decline.

Pomu couldn't make it to Japan with the rest of NijiEN for NijiFes due to something (I think her surgery?) and was sad about not wanting to go alone after everyone else, so Selen, despite just making it back home from said NijiEN trip, told her to just go and that she'd hop on another plane to meet her there. Rosemi was in Japan for unrelated reasons and they ended up meeting up there. So she spent that time at least with mostly those girls.
