>>108850359>Aster was doing horrid even in the corpo so I genuinely don't know if he could possibly be doing worse.Funnily enough, he actually is doing significantly worse, regardless of whether or not you count "by default" as a reason for him to be doing so much worse now than when he was in Niji.
No artist who does models, rigging, or stream assets (overlays/emotes/stingers/etc.) will give him so much as the time of day; nobody else in the EN vtuber scene is willing to even show up in his stream chat or vod comments section, much less actually be on screen with him; he doesn't have the artistic skill to do his own model, rigging, or assets himself; he's either unwilling or unable to buy a pre-made vtuber model on Booth; and the sum total of his streaming skills is "middling League player."
And on top of that, the only people who followed him from Niji to his post-Niji streaming "career" left when they saw just how staggeringly unremarkable he is in the looks department. Seriously, he's not even a little ugly, he just looks like a random pedestrian from the "Find The Main Character" meme.
He doesn't stream any more. And unlike Ike/Xandu, it's not because he's on a self-imposed mental health hiatus.
He stopped streaming because people stopped watching; and people stopped watching because he is (was) an IRL League streamer who stands out like a needle in a needle factory, both in looks and in skill. And the one thing he brings to the table that other League streamers don't is the fact that he did sexual harassment and managed to technically avoid getting fired for it - not exactly something that would endear him to new viewers, or to any old viewers who watched him for anything other than his femboy model or corporate logo.
All he does any more is upload clips of his League gameplay. And I can't be arsed to check if he still does even that much.
