I can even predict the steps:
1. At first the "resurrected" AITubers (エーアイチューバー ai-chuuba) will be in the form of pre-recorded and edited videos, KizunaAI-style. Bonus style points if they start with Kizuna, who already has AI in her name.
2. At some point AITubers will hold regular streams, including reading chat, but under the silent control of a handler (think Neuro if her handler wasn't a faggot) or several handlers working in shifts in order to stream 24/7.
3. After some more technical development they will remove the handlers, because the AITuber will do everything by herself (itself?)
4. Following that, you will be able to buy your own private stream, only for you, whenever you want and for how long you want, including talking to her through discord instead of chat.
5. Then someone will add a character creator to design your own custom AITuber.
6. Add VR technology and/or sexbots to the picture as needed
to completely eradicate humanity.
