Mint and Mogu are friends and chat about brainrot, but they haven't done much together content-wise.
Sunny and Sayu actually played some games together and bonded over hagdom.
I know Matara's still close with Mint, and Matara's also close with Miki, but idk if Mint and Miki have reconnected properly yet, or if they ever will.
U-san's friendly with Doki and notFulgur and have done stuff together.
Doki ended up playing with Sunny in some event but I don't think much happened and she treated it like a new meeting (which it might as well have been).
There's also Ike's weird case with Doki and Kuro.
But as for lasting relationships, I wanna say Mint/Matara and Doki/Mint are the closest from what I've seen, though again I haven't kept up with sunny/mogu.
Honestly though if Finana left, I don't think there's anybody who'd reasonably gravitate towards her. Staying in Niji is likely her best bet.
