Those watchalong are POISON for both her median and her mean average, which for September is 8548 even with the Watchalong, her better since May (thanks to the anniversary numbers).
If only she would make those Members only, she wouldn't lose much in terms of audience but at least it would not hurt her public numbers

Here is the chart for HoloMyth, but the mean of the average CCV instead of the median of peaks.

Despite being very bad for her median, as they're short streams they're not actually to damaging to her mean.
Meanwhile the mean got super buffed by the anniversary stream, which is part of the reason the mean can be very misleading with regards to the overall performance of a streamer in a period (as it can be skewed by even a single outlier)

Yep. Server merger will buff everybody on Minecraft for a while.

Tbf she invested a ton of work and effort into that stream and it is now (rightfully imo) by far her most viewed video. It really should be reflected in her numbers in some fashion. Focusing on big projects vs steady performance is a legitimate strategy, and one that probably suits Ame's personality better.

It truly depends if the streamer is after "accolades" or steady performance that can be measured with numbers.

Being acclaimed for a great feat is good but there is a reason Kuzuha and Pekora have the gigantic audience AND the praise for their big projects: they don't spare effort for the small things either

It is fucking hard to get the number for Holo's singles since they have to be charted high enough to get ranked on Oricon and that website purge their numbers periodically. In general Calli and Suisei always sold pretty good. Marine despite her high views on her MV, didn't sold that much. Irys despite her relatively low views on her MV actually sold pretty good.

Here is how HoloEN would look using the same metodology.
To lazy to graft in the values of that chart to make it all in one but based on even the "lowest performing" subbranch of EN (HoloHope, that is, IRyS) you have a general idea of how high they would rank.

That last one surprised me, I thought HoloCouncil would rank lower. That fact alone kills any attempt at a comparison between HoloEN (any gen) and NijiEN

The recent recline was not that big, what's worse i the stagnation between september 2019 and july 2020, then again between dec 2020 and sep 2021.

They didn't keep the audience they gained from the greatest boom for female vtubers, that is the biggest problem shown in that chart

Uff, this feels like August-September 2020 again, when most of the popular steamers, especially the Nijifemales were out of commission and JP fans started turning against them.
That's when Nijimales really skyrocketed.

Would also put Furen, Amamiya, Bora and Nui in the carry the banner section.
They get about 3-5k average, but have made the day end list with over 10k a few times.

Probably nowhere near that high. Four weeks ago Official髭男dism got the first place with 3,432 downloads for their album released in August. Three weeks ago a new release by KREVA go the first spot with 2,321 downloads. Two weeks ago a new release from Keisuke Kuwata got the first place with 5,245 downloads. Last week it took the first place again with 3,536 downloads.

I think 6k is probably the upper limit, I doubt it'll break 7k. On the other hand it must be at least a couple thousand since those other new releases must have gotten a couple thousand downloads themselves.

It’s impossible to separate them from those who wanted to buy a physical version, were unable to and decided to at least buy the digital version. Seems like 3-4k is enough to take the first place in the digital ranking, so I’d say 5k.

Yes, ads do help, but they have a limit. Stellar Cycle Campus paid for ads for months (yes, they burned shit tons of money) and got three digits CCV, but they had stopped doing so, and viewership dropped to lower two digits (inflow lower than the outflow).

The heaviest numberweights like Pekora and Gura are already familiar with both servers before the portal was finished so there's not much of a novelty buff for them anyways. Like "yay big celebration to enter a server I just streamed in last week!" would be kinda forced.

Yeah, IRyS has massive potential. To be honest, at first I didn't care much for her model, but I actually like it now after watching her for a while. She's pretty much S-Tier in my opinion, great voice, great singing, great at talking, etc. Not sure why some people were calling her a "failure". Her 12 most recent monetized streams shows she is doing pretty well.

Yesterday, some anon asked how the Aqua Umapyoi Densetsu cover is doing and the general consensus was it was doing pretty good to get 350k views on the first day.

Now, we're at around 2.5 days and 681k views is very good.

It makes sense, she has about 11k subs on twitch which would be about $2.50 per sub considering the 50% that twitch takes out. Then twitch monthly payouts also include bits cheered and ad revenue. Seems realistic to me.

Youtube takes a flat 30% from everything so you actually earn more with youtube memberships but less with superchats compared to bits. Youtube takes the 30% for superchats from the streamer while twitch adds the extra charge for bits to the buyer so the streamer gets 100% of bits cheered.
