You can ignore the investors if you like. There's a lot of hardworking people who paid for merch they'll never receive and people who had the goodwill to donate to charities, which never made it there. The investor fraud is just one thing in a list of crimes gunrun, his management cronies, and potentially these vtubers were involved in. If they really cared about getting back at him they could report sham company to authorities to look into. But of course that would probably uncover a lot of shit they probably dipped their toes into as well. There's at least a couple of ways to do that legally. Mostly it depends on how the company earmarks funds coming in, and who has access to those records normally.
On top of that, VShojo as a company are the ones taking most of the heat, so you'd have to do the whole song and dance with VShojo to establish that something shady happened in the first place, and then you'd have to do another court case putting Gunrun himself on the hook for VShojo's proven crimes. It could be 2030 before anything gets to that point, if it gets there at all.

This. This whole fiasco, at most, is probably gonna be filed as a civil case, and just assembling everything to get the first hearings scheduled takes months. We were supposed to hear about a tiny update in December, but nothing happened.

With how tangled up most of the courts in California are because of..other matters. A resolution to this thing isn't coming anytime soon. 3-5 years minimum.

He HAS been arrested. It's classified. He was convicted in 2017 before Vshojo formed and in 2008 before Obama took office. Essentially someone Top Secret owns the Vshojo IP and the Ironmouse IP. You would have to have a security clearance to know this or be at the court hearings. Other people who were convicted that year in a similar covert manner included Dan Bongino (former FBI assistant director) and Tom Homan (Border Czar). There's charges that aren't public knowledge yet but the investigations have concluded. The Federal Government now owns their souls.

Essentially he was permitted to proceed after 2017 so he could fulfill an agreement that wasn't illegal (making Vshojo happen on time.) He also alleged that he is a federal agent to accomplish all of that so those charges are being applied.

Some of the other Vshojo "talents" were also convicted. It's all because of the original Vtuber general threads which were concealed in 2012 when Barrack Obama changed the smith-mundt act. Tom Homan helped them to cover up the original Vtuber general threads then assisted in getting terrorists into our country under Obama. Dan Bongino started the 764 network stealing the Roblox intellectual property. Tom Homan's wife is Geega, aka Elizabeth Homan. Matara Kan is a girl from Toronto named Korina who Dan Bongino hired to try and cover up the truth as well as solicit suicide from people leaking the truth. Dan Bongino is also responsible for the death of Esther Salas' son in 2020 as part of a gang beef he and 764 had with Esther Salas.

Look up 18 USC 241, which was one of the charges for all of these people. There are life sentences that can be applied for this sort of felony, which were applied in all of these cases I've listed.

TheGunRun is a small fish amongst a bunch of big fish who were arrested during this conspiracy to insurrect America. If someone wants to release the classified documents here with access to them I authorize it as the ranking officer. The President signed off on it in 2019 when the knowledge the election was going to be stolen was discovered.

If she wanted to shift the blame, then the easiest line of defense for Gunrun would be just to show the receipts. That didn't happen, he publicly admitted to his wrongdoing and didn't try to defend himself. Every ex-employee testimony pointed the same way. They had over a dozen of people working for them, excluding talents and past employees.

the liability ends at the company, they would sell the assets of the company to pay the debtors but that never goes to the managerial team or owners. thats why there was drama about the stock of merch being distributed out and such, everything goes on hold. thats why people make LLCs so when their business blows up it doesnt cost them their house. it's difficult to make a legal lawsuit case to take someones personal finances for their business going bankrupt. it would be on the debtors to sue gunrun himself at that point.
