Basically, WW2 was 80 years ago, and after all that time without conflict, people can’t handle having a peaceful life without problems, so now, they make up their own problems, and become a nuisance to strangers who wouldn’t even give them a second glance, in hopes of starting their own wars-at-home to stave off their own existential dread.
Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. Weak men create hard times. Hard times create strong men. Over and over, history is nothing but Call of Duty, reskins of the same game for all eternity.
