FromSoft is very easy if there are people telling you what to do or if you already know the game. Heck, the second playthrough I did was daggers only and it was still quite easy. It's only hard if you're leveling like an absolute buffoon, you don't know where to farm, and every single gear you have is average at best.

Fromsoft games are extremely easy if you have good timing, it's a "Press A to invincibility frame" sort of studio
Here you can't dodge roll to phase through damage, it's a foreign thought to actually get out of the way for these people
