The first cipher that was cracked was the one that was titled "red herring". We can all agree that the streams were timegated up until the last stream where we told to check out a youtube short.
Once we were there, the discord gave people the Minecraft number.
I honestly think that everything has since then been achievable. I don't think it was timegated, but that we were meant to find things in a very specific order. This was why the password gave us nothing, because it was only supposed to happen after we found whatever it is on the server.
Since we were supposed to have found it, it is probably easy to find through normal playing since the blackfile site was found by doing some higher level playing.
